1858 Coffee House (131 South Santa Fe Avenue)
Among the fabulous downtown Salina coffee shops, one of the more recent additions is 1858 Coffee House. Customer service is fantastic, the overall vibe is hip and fun, and the fall flavor menu is scrumptious and will have you ready to curl up with a good book in front of a cozy fire:
Fireside Macchiato – pumpkin spice, layered espresso, english toffee and toasted marshmallow
Oatmeal Cream Pie Latte – brown sugar cinnamon, toasted marshmallow, sweet cream foam, caramel drizzle and a cookie crumble on top
Fll Brew – brewed coffee, cinnamon, salted maple cold foam
Pumpkin Spice and Salted Maple Cold Foam are available in any and every form – lattes, frappes, chai and matcha

For those who love Starbucks, the arrival of their fall flavors seem to kick off the entire holiday season. In addition to the usual Pumpkin Spice, which you can add to any drink of your choice, here’s what’s on the menu at Starbucks this fall 2024 season:

Mokas Coffee (916 East Crawford Street)
Among our small group of coffee lovers, Mokas had the highest-rated fall beverage – the Fall Bliss. Read on to see what’s in it, as well as the other options available at Mokas this season:

Pumpkin Swirl – white chocolate, pumpkin and cinnamon
Pumpkin Cream – pumpkin, toasted marshmallow and english toffee

Ad Astra Books & Coffee House (135 North Santa Fe Avenue)
No Salina, Kansas coffee list would be complete with mentioning the downtown staple coffee shop Ad Astra. And while they don’t have a specific menu for fall, they do offer the flavors we’ve all come to know and love – Pumpkin Spice, Maple, and Brown Sugar.
When we ordered a Pumpkin Spice and Caramel latte, the barista even took the time to create an adorable jack-o-lantern in the foam.
Stop in and create your own concoction or sample one of the house favorites. Grab a gently used book to read while you’re there.
Scooters Coffee (2055 South Ohio Street)
Another fairly newcomer on the Salina coffee scene, this convenient little drive-through location offers lots of flavor options in addition to Pumpkin Spice everything:

Blacksmith Coffee (2055 South Ohio Street)
If you haven’t stopped by yet to try the fresh roasted coffee at Blacksmith, it’s time to give it a try. While they don’t post specific fall menu options, you can’t go wrong with their usual selections:
Bailey’s Mocha – dark and white chocolate with Irish cream, espresso and steamed milk
Caramel Macchiaki – caramel, vanilla, espresso and milk
Ember Latte – espresso, steamed milk, house-made maple bourbon syrup, cinnamon and a hint of cayenne pepper
Frosted Cinnamon Roll Latte – brown sugar, cinnamon and white chocolate
